Being a family founded and owned business we feel we are in a strong position to provide excellent customer service. We practice what we call (old school) business, provide a quality product, that has great consumer appeal, a significant, obvious benefit that is easily understood by consumers, with a low suggested retail price and back that up with a strong commitment to on time delivery along with fast efficient handling of paperwork and meet all our customers and contractors face to face.

We like to keep our contract work as close to us as possible. If a problem arises we would much rather be able to drive to the contractor’s place of business and speak to someone face to face. We prefer to meet our customers face to face. There is something to be said about a great feeling when a meeting closes with a hand shake, a smile, and a sense of well being you just can’t get any other way. If there is any doubt in our customers mind what so ever that we aren’t going to give 100 % effort and fast competent results, then we have failed an important goal. Trust. Lack of communication is the biggest killer of relationships. We strive for long-term relationships with “open door” policies. If there is a question or concern please let us know.
